When your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation containing your tracking number. If you request the courier tracking number we can email it to you, otherwise you can expect to hear from the courier company.
Send us a photo of your damaged item and we will contact the manufacturer to endeavour to get you a new item. However, we recommend hand washing all your lingerie, and if you really must use the washing machine, please use a lingerie bag and the delicate cycle! Lingerie is not guaranteed against damage from the washing machine or tumble dryer so if the manufacturer decides to give us a credit for your item, we will pass it on to you. If they don’t…then we can’t.
Before shipping your order, you can get a full refund back onto the same method you used to pay for your order. After an item is shipped, you can get a refund but not for any additional postage costs.
